At Sunchild, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the label and securely repackage your items in their original packaging.

Drop Off Your Package

Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
